We have put in a NPC faction complete with a hierarchy and minions. When attacked the NPC faction has a random chance of attacking back, flying away from, mugging, hacking or beating down your character. The hierarchy will buy propertys every hour while their minions pimp prostitutes. If you aggravate a NPC it will eventually become hostile towards you until it is dead. Some NPCs will threaten you and attempt to extort you. Fail to oblige their request and you may become a victim of circumstance. Certain NPCs will accept O.Cs. You can view a NPCs bio & stats by reading their profile quote. If a NPC is killed it will re-spawn with a new name and new stats. The killer of the NOC will receive a reward according to the NPCs importance in its faction. NPCs work a little on their stats twice a day. The purpose of the NPC faction is to make the community more interactive with the mechanics of the game. |

Players can now buy/sell/upgrade/extort/bomb propertys from the city district view page. This will help eat up some wasted and tedious time. Players can now only withdraw up to 10,000 tokens per day. If you withdrawn 10k or more tokens, you will have to wait until the next day to withdraw more. |

As of round 1.3, Money Trains can no longer be sent to oneself. Money Trains now require a criminal rank of Drug Pusher to be grabbed or joined. Bank Trucks can no longer be sent to oneself. Jail Busts can no longer be sent to oneself. These changes are due to the need for players to rely on their friends to accept their O.C offers otherwise no one has the need to work together. The criminal rank of War Lord is now required to purchase a bomb, and Con Man to smuggle cash or shanks to jailed players. Good Luck, |
